    Bright spells and a few scattered, possibly heavy showers in the morning. Turning widely cloudy in the afternoon with rain spreading in, this occasionally heavy for Argyll. Breezy. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

    Tonight:

    Rain clearing this evening then mostly dry, but a few spots of light rain still possible for Argyll. Mild but windy with gales developing for the west coast. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

    Tuesday:

    Mostly dry in the morning but patchy rain spreads in from the east during the afternoon. Milder than of late but with strong winds or occasional gales. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

    Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

    Settled throughout this period with light winds. Mainly dry with some good bright or sunny periods.
