Little change, with low cloud bringing hill fog and drizzle, especially across the Pennines. Further outbreaks of heavier rain then spreading north and east, to all parts. Breezy, but mild. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Wednesday:

Staying cloudy and breezy, with outbreaks of rain or drizzle, especially across the Pennines. Rain could be heavy at times, with the best of the drier intervals in the east. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Rather cloudy Thursday, but most dry. Clearer spells overnight, with winds easing, perhaps mist and fog patches developing. Largely fine Friday and Saturday, but cloudy at times, especially overnight. Mild.

Changeable and at times unsettled weather is likely to continue into the start of this period, with low pressure dominating the UK. This means further showery outbreaks of rain at times, though it is likely that western areas will be wettest at first. There could also be some overnight fog, which could be slow to clear through the day. A transition to a less unsettled weather pattern becomes increasingly probable from around the 11th or 12th of the month, making drier weather increasingly common, with winds turning south easterly or easterly. Any rain or showers is more likely to be focused towards the east. Temperatures most likely to be around average through the period, particularly at first, and probably overall.

A greater chance of periods of high pressure bringing more in the way of dry weather, compared to the current weather pattern, which also increases the chances of overnight fog and frost. There will most likely however still be periods of rain, showers, and stronger winds, especially in the west. Weather patterns are very uncertain during late November. Overall, near or above average temperatures are most likely though some colder spells are possible, especially should any prolonged settled spells develop.
