Tonight:

Largely cloudy this evening with showers and longer spells of rain continuing into the night. Clearer spells emerging towards dawn, though also turning more blustery. Patchy frost possible. Minimum temperature 1 °C.

Monday:

Variable cloud and sunny spells throughout Monday. Dry for many, but perhaps a few showers in the far north of Cumbria. Feeling cold in the brisk northerly winds. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Settled on Tuesday with plenty of sunshine and lighter winds, concluding with a frosty night. Cloud building to start Wednesday then turning wet and windy from mid-week, though milder too.

After a settled start across much of England and Wales, it will be quickly turning unsettled across Northern Ireland, Scotland, and then the remainder of England and Wales through Wednesday and into Thursday, with cloud and rain bearing Atlantic systems heralding a step change back towards more changeable, or even unsettled conditions through the last days of November into early December. Rain could at times be heavy and prolonged, with the risk of gales. There could be some short-lived transient settled periods too, perhaps bringing an increased risk of frost and fog for a day or two, this most likely further south east. Milder than seen recently, with temperatures more generally above average than below through much of the period.

Likely remaining generally unsettled with spells of wet and windy weather, especially for areas further north and west. Towards the south east, there are more likely to be intermittent settled periods, with an increased likelihood of fog and overnight frost. Above average temperatures are slightly more likely overall, but colder spells could still occur. One or more spells of snow cannot be ruled out, should weather systems arrive into colder air.
