Dry and sunny start to the evening with a fresh breeze. Cloud then increasing from the west, as winds strengthen ahead of a band of heavy rain moving east during the early hours. This clearing most parts shortly after dawn. Minimum temperature 8 °C.
Tuesday:
Windy start as overnight rain clears easternmost parts, but otherwise dry. Turning brighter with sunny spells and occasional showers developing, some heavy. Winds also easing, but staying rather blustery. Maximum temperature 18 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Sunny spells and showers, perhaps heavy at times. Some heavier and more persistent rain possible, most likely early Thursday, with more frequent showers Friday. Temperatures near or just above average.
