Often cloudy overnight, breezy and rather mild.
Mostly dry through this evening and overnight, though often rather cloudy. Some light rain or drizzle possible at times, mainly over the hills. With the added breeze, temperatures will be on the mild side. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Mostly dry, with some bright or sunny spells spells. Thicker cloud moving in from the west later in the day, with spells of rain possible. Mild with lighter winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
Generally dry through this period as high pressure builds in. Feeling pleasant in the sunny spells by day, but fresh by night where skies remain clear. Some fog patches too.
Updated:
High pressure looks to hold the greatest influence for much of this period, especially towards the south or southeast of the UK. This means that many places will see plenty of dry weather with variable cloud amounts and some sunshine. The best of the sunny weather is most likely towards the south or southeast. Some overnight fog is possible given clear skies and light winds. However, frontal systems are still likely to affect the north and west of the UK at times, perhaps pushing further east on occasion, bringing some rain and strong winds, and perhaps some hill snow across high ground in the north. Temperatures will be near or above normal, although a few patchy overnight frosts are still likely.
Updated:
The slow moving pattern will probably continue through mid-March. Spells of rain are still possible across the west and northwest, with drier and brighter weather further east and southeast. Lower confidence by late-March, however the blocked and slow-moving weather pattern may very well persist. However the main uncertainty is whether this will lead to cyclonic and unsettled weather becoming slow moving and persistent across the UK; or continued anticyclonic pattern, which would mean more settled and perhaps colder patterns in the vicinity of the UK. In general, some rain still probable but distribution of any wetter areas is extremely low confidence. Temperatures overall near or above average, perhaps with a slightly increasing chance this may trend colder towards the end of the month.
