Headline:

Dry and bright morning, some afternoon showers. Rain in evening.

Today:

It will be a dry and sunny start. Then cloud building through late morning, though remaining mainly bright and sunny with just the odd shower. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Tonight:

Dry at first with some early evening brightness, but cloud and rain spreading northwest through the evening and overnight, rain becoming quite heavy and persistent. Freshening winds. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Wednesday:

A cool, cloudy and rainy day. Quite persistent rain with heavy outbreaks at times. Becoming quite windy with coastal gales possible. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Unsettled and changeable. Sunshine and scattered showers on Thursday and early Friday, more persistent and heavy rain possible later Friday and through Saturday.
