A mainly dry but cloudy day for all but the far southwest, where a few brighter breaks are possible, interspersed with scattered showers skirting the Cornish coastline. Breezier here at times, but light winds elsewhere. Feeling cool beneath the cloud. Maximum temperature 8 °C.
Turning cloudier in the far southwest this evening, with light rain edging slowly eastwards overnight. Elsewhere dry but widely cloudy, with pockets of frost likely in rural spots. Minimum temperature 2 °C.
