Gloomy start, but brighter and warm in the afternoon.
Today:
A grey start, but soon turning brighter for most with sunny periods and becoming very warm by midday. Not as hot as on Tuesday. Very isolated late-afternoon or evening showers with more patchy low cloud. Maximum temperature 26 °C.
Tonight:
Cloud thickening from the west and more showers move in to the southwest of the country. Some of these could be heavy and potentially thundery. Staying mild overnight. Minimum temperature 17 °C.
Thursday:
Showers continuing through the morning with the risk of the isolated rumble of thunder. More in the way of cloud to begin with. Turning brighter and drier through the afternoon. Maximum temperature 23 °C.
