Another cold and largely cloudy day. Occasional light rain or hill snow is expected during the morning, turning drier during the afternoon with some brightness but feeling cold in the freshening breeze. Maximum temperature 4 °C.
Cold overnight with some initial clear skies clouding over to bring the threat of the odd flurry of light sleet and snow by dawn over the Pennines. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Any early outbreaks of light sleet and snow clearing to give a dry day Monday with some brightness but a continued cold feel. Maximum temperature 5 °C.
Cold, breezy and likely dry with some sunshine through Tuesday and Wednesday. Cloudier into Thursday, windier with some rain later in the day bringing significantly milder temperatures.
