Early cloud and patchy light rain and drizzle soon clearing to the south to leave a largely dry and bright day, with some decent spells of sunshine developing for many. Feeling less cold compared to late, with light winds. Maximum temperature 5 °C.
Dry with clear spells this evening and turning locally chilly in some prone rural spots, although most escaping frost-free. Turning increasingly cloudy, breezy and milder from the west overnight. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
