Visibility
Visibility
Visibility measures the distance at which an object can be clearly seen.
Mist and low cloud soon burning off this morning. Otherwise all parts will have a dry day with plenty of sunshine. Feeling quite warm in the sunshine. Maximum temperature 17 °C.
Tonight:
Dry this evening with some late sunshine. Then the rest of the night will be dry with mostly clear skies but some fog and low cloud possible later. Minimum temperature 5 °C.
Thursday:
Any overnight fog and low cloud burning off through the morning to leave a dry, very warm and sunny day. Maximum temperature 21 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Mainly dry, bright and warm on Friday, chance of a few showers. Cooler and and cloudier over the weekend with a chance of showers.
Updated:
UK long range weather forecast
A mostly settled start to the period looks likely with many areas seeing a good deal of dry weather. That said we are unlikely to see a return of the completely dry and warm weather we have see in recent days, with clear or sunny periods and showers more likely. Toward the latter part of the period a trend toward more changeable weather is favoured although there should still be some drier intervals. Overall temperatures likely close to or a little below average at first, especially in the north, then returning close to average or rather warm later.
Updated:
Low pressure systems are likely to dominate across the UK at the start of this period. This means showers or longer spells of rain are likely at times, heavy in places. There will, however, be some dry and warm interludes, although temperatures are likely to be close to normal overall. Later in the month, more settled and drier conditions may begin to develop, with temperatures perhaps rising slightly above normal.
