Any showers easing and becoming confined to the coast. Winds slowly easing overnight. Becoming largely dry with clear spells, allowing for a touch of frost in sheltered spots by dawn. Minimum temperature 1 °C.
Monday:
A largely dry, bright and chilly day for many. Perhaps the odd coastal shower likely early on. Turning increasingly cloudy with outbreaks of rain arriving by evening. Turning milder overnight. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Christmas Eve will be breezy and milder with outbreaks of rain or drizzle, mostly affecting the hills. Perhaps drier on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and noticeably milder. Lighter winds.
