Showery rain clearing south this evening. Thereafter a dry night for most, but a few showers may continue to filter into Staffordshire. Turning rather cold as winds ease with some frost and fog possible, mainly in rural areas. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
A cold start with any fog patches clearing to leave a dry morning with sunny spells. Clouding over during the afternoon but staying generally dry. Feeling chilly despite light winds. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Dry on Wednesday with fog patches slowly lifting. Wet and windy overnight then heavy blustery showers on Thursday and turning windy later. A calmer interlude on Friday. Becoming much milder.
