Isolated showers this evening then turning very wet overnight as Storm Bram moves northwards. Travel disruption and flooding is possible by the morning, especially in the north and on high ground. Strong southerly winds developing. Temperatures rising overnight. Minimum temperature 10 °C.
Tuesday:
After a very wet start, slowly turning somewhat drier. Occasional lighter periods of rain and drizzle continuing, especially over higher ground. Windy with gales in places, easing later. Exceptionally mild. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Brighter on Wednesday with sunny periods and isolated heavy showers. Probably dry with bright spells on Thursday, though rain possible later and into Friday. Often rather windy. Staying very mild.
