    Mostly dry with a few wintry showers north.

    Today:

    Most places will have a dry morning with bright or sunny spells. Northern parts will however be cloudy with occasional wintry showers. These showers will clear in the afternoon when cloud spreads to southern parts Maximum temperature 5 °C.

    Tonight:

    The evening will begin cloudy but dry. The cloud will clear from the late evening, this together with a light breeze allow a widespread frost to form. Minimum temperature -3 °C.

    Tuesday:

    The morning will begin dry and bright with sunny spells. Cloud and rain will the spread east, falling as sleet to low levels and snow over higher ground. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

    Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

    Dry in the south with wintry showers north into Thursday evening with the night becoming dry. After a dry and sunny day, snow will spread to western parts late Friday.
